Job Description:
- To contribute to the business & profitability by selling targeted Mortgage products and solutions to potential and existing customers at targeted yields and enhance new client acquisition by effective networking, local & customer relationship management.
- The product portfolio includes Loan against property, Lease rental discounting, home loans disbursements, etc.
Alternate Focus:
- To undertake cross selling and up selling of various financial services products and loans to increase fee and other income by expanding the Institutional business for the Third party products through basket of products available with NBFC like Capital Market, products, Corporate Finance and Project Financing.
- To expand the Institutional business through sourcing of corporate clients in SME ,MSE and Large Corporate by understanding their cash flow and managing their surplus money by investing into debt product with various Mutual Fund and multiple asset class depending on their risk appetite and help in in enhancing his portfolio yield on Idle money.
- To expand the Institutional business by understanding their needs and providing them one stop solution with ABFS Family product basket like GI,Broking requirement in Equity,F&O and Currency, Group Medclaim Insurance and other products for Birla Insurance desk, Alternate products solution for Investments like Real Estate Broking, Private Equity, Capital guaranteed and other products which meet the client requirement.
- To conceptualize and provide customized value proposition offerings to clients on an ongoing basis
- To undertake negotiations with product manufacturers to provide best offerings to the Institutional clients
- To ensure strict adherence to Risk, compliance and legal norms in sales processes as regulated and laid down by Compliance Team
Key Skills: Profile:
- The person may be a graduate /post graduate in any of the relevant disciplines, like management, economics, commerce, maths or statistics.
- Should have at least 2 years of experience in corporate sales.
- Candidates should have exposure to sales with an AMC or Corporate Distribution House in treasury management solution for corporate for at least two years and having exposure to handling business with corporate treasuries with advisory on various market segments and products.
- Should have very good communication as a very essential skill as success with larger and sophisticated players in the market would depend to a large extent on this critical acumen.
Qualification: The candidate may be a graduate /post graduate in any of the relevant disciplines, like management, economics, commerce, maths or statistics.
