- Maximization of sales, profitability and account penetration within an assigned territory targeting Commercial Segment.
- Developing business tie ups with Corporate Clients / Key Accounts / Larger Institutions for Pest Service.
- Lead generation through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, references and existing customer database.
- Follow up with all incoming leads and determining best way of establishing contact.
- Pitching presentation to prospective Corporate Clients.
- Creating a network & funnel of clients in a specified area.
- Develops clear and effective proposals / quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Liaison with Service Team for service scheduling.
- Relationship Management with all the Clients.
