The details of the all the positions are given below:

Position: Associate Key Account Manager


Reporting to: National KAM - NMT


Purpose of the Role:

- To manage national key accounts within the modern trade channel with an aim to drive volume, revenue, market share and profitability

Key Result Areas:

- Drive sales targets in the respective national Key accounts .to deliver business as per plan

- Recommend account specific interventions to maximize shelf space, product placement, and assortment to support sales growth, category objectives

- Execute growth, customer development plans, market expansion plans by partnering with CD, CM teams

- Ensure hygiene checks pertaining to price, promotions, placements, visibility in the channel to ensure brand repute and maximize sales

- Track and monitor adherence to TOT as agreed and flag/solve for deviations (if any)

- Drive on time receipt of NDCs, receivables, transaction success, invoice clearance etc. in conjunction with accounts team

- Drive grievance resolution in case of escalations to ensure smooth, compliant and effective operations leading to overall business growth

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales

- Cascade the planned national customer marketing initiatives by NKAMs and Customer marketing manager to RKAMs for implementation at regional level

Key Performance Goal:

- Achievement of volume, revenue and market share across respective key accounts

- Strong Relationship with key accounts

- Achievement of brand objectives (planogramming, visibility, share of shelf etc. ) across respective national key accounts

- On time grievance resolution

- Adherence to commercial hygiene norms across national key accounts
