Key Account Manager
Purpose : Responsible for the revenue target of set of accounts, new business acquisition and retention of the existing business.
Key Result Area :- 5-10 Cr revenue target , (Product line : Data and Voice)
- New business acquisition & Retention of current business
- Customer engagement & management
Job responsibility :- Periodically monitor, review and improve account performance
- Responsible for customer engagement and satisfaction
- Manage service issues by working with service assurance team/service delivery team & collection teams
- To understand the Customer's business in depth and seek opportunities for business development.
- To ensure that revenue and MRC targets are achieved with increasing company share in given set of accounts.
