We currently have an excellent job opportunity for Key Accounts Manager position for a leading- Telecom - Company.

Product : Optical fibre, wired line, broadband.

Position: Key Accounts Manager.

Experience: 2-6 yrs.

Skills required: B2B Sales, Enterprise sales, SME.

Job Location: Hyderabad.

Skills Required:


- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the enterprise and SME segments.


- Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development and negotiation.


- Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses, tailoring sales strategies to their unique needs and challenges.


Optical Fibre, Wired Line, Broadband:


- In-depth knowledge of optical fibre, wired line, and broadband technologies, including their applications, benefits, and competitive landscape.


- Strong understanding of the company's product offerings, including their features, benefits, and target markets.


- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales methodologies to effectively manage sales pipelines and track performance.


- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms for the company.


- Ability to identify and address customer needs and challenges in a timely and effective manner.


Responsibilities:


- Identify, develop, and maintain a pipeline of key accounts within the target market. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.


- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.


- Understand customer needs and requirements and provide tailored solutions.


- Prepare and present professional proposals and presentations to customers. Negotiate contracts and close deals on favorable terms.


- Provide ongoing support and service to customers post-sale.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.


- Track sales performance and report on key metrics to management.


Additional Qualifications (Preferred):


- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.


- Certification in sales or sales management.


- Experience working in the telecom or technology industry.


- Fluency in multiple languages.
