Job Profile - Key Account Manager: Supply Chain Finance
Location - Gurugram

It is an online lending platform that enables SME borrowers to get instant online loans from Banks & NBFCs. The platform also then manages the entire customer journey from transaction fulfilment, repayments to customer servicing. As an online marketplace platform, it connects lenders (institutional lenders like banks and NBFCs) with Small Business.
The Team is composed of Ex-consultants, who have worked extensively in Financial Services space and helped financial companies of every scale build and expand their businesses; Technology experts, who have built products to solve real problems faced by people using technology and Senior professionals from Financial Services sector, who have been engaged directly in such lending activities and understand the nuances and challenges associated with financing this segment.
Key Responsibilities -
- Develop long term plan as well as Annual Operating Plan for the assigned accounts
- Achieve the Account level P & L including targets for key metrics such as Revenue, Expenses, SLAs and others.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders across Corporate, Business, Finance and IT functions of assigned accounts.
- Act as a single point contact for the assigned accounts both internally and externally.
- Develop detailed business requirements that can be used to create product specifications & tech architecture for the account.
- Handle complaints, escalations and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and drive the product strategy & vision for the account.
- Work closely with internal technology, product, operations and sales team to launch and improvise products.
- Manage product roadmap & prioritization keeping consumer experience, business metrics and other factors in mind.
- Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning.
Basic Qualification/ Education/ Vocational Training :
- Bachelors in Engineering with MBA preferred
- Professional Experience (No of Years, Nature of Work, Type of Industry/Organizations) : 2-6 Years
Behavioral Skills :
- Understanding of Supply Chain Financing
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Stakeholder Management to interact with internal as well as external stakeholders.
Other Skills :
- Hands on experience with CRM software.
- Ability to address customer requests in a timely manner.
