Key Account Manager - Supplement Sales
We are hiring for the position of Key Account Manager who will handle the South region and should have hand on experience in supplement sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the supplement product line, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set ambitious sales targets, develop forecasts, and monitor progress towards achieving goals.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, stores, retailers, and distributors in the supplements industry.
- Identify and engage with potential business partners to expand the distribution network and increase sales opportunities.
4. Sales Execution:
- Drive the entire sales process from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and post-sale support.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
5. Market Insights and Feedback:
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to provide input for new product development and improvements.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure that our supplement products meet customer needs and preferences.
6. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate performance reports to assess effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes and achieve better results.
