Your purpose:
- As a Key Account Manager, you will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee client management. The candidate will take ownership of maintaining relationships at various levels locally at a site level and sometimes going upto the CXO Level, farming the account, identify problem areas for the client, and how we can resolve it.
What you will be doing:
- Works closely with the leadership team and the local operations team to inspect current process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Establish relationships and partnerships with internal business partners and clients to drive cross sell of business in existing accounts.
- Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
- Develop a trusted relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, and performance management.
- Deal & Decode Client organization level Dynamics for stronger relationships with multiple stakeholders of the clients.
To secure this chamber, you must be:
- Graduate from Tier I/II colleges.
- Having 5 or more years of relationship/ client/account management experience in the staffing industry.
- Ability to influence multiple internal partners without authority
- Ability to identify needs and requirements to promote company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
- Ability to build client partnerships and work in cross-functional teams, especially with Relationship
- A strategic, creative approach, proactively seeking opportunities to drive continuous improvement and change
- Self-starter who is able to work on an autonomous basis, can lead and drive initiatives.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Good to have: Experience in sales and operations
