Hiring Key accounts manager for leading NBFC.
Experience : 5 years.
Product : Solar System finanace.
Location : Mumbai Goregaon.
Budget 12 to 15 LPA MAX.
Notice Period : Immediate joiners to 1 month Notice period.
Job Description:
- Engaging with EPC contractors in solar rooftop space/clean energy installers and MSMEs to generate leads for financing in the assigned state/region/area.
- Setting ambitious targets for self and team and achieving it month on month.
- Recruiting, training and managing of the sales team to deliver on the targets in the assigned territory.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Problem solve to ensure that the financing to the MSMEs is done to their satisfaction.
Ideal candidate :
- Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in NBFC/Bank doing B2B/MSME/LAP lending; (clean sector sales experience is preferred.)
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Good knowledge of credit processes such that right files/cases are sourced. The ticket size ranges from 10 lacs to 2 crores.
- Proven track record of setting up new locations for MSME lending.
- Excellent management and organizational skills.
- Ability to network with EPC contractors and MSMEs to generate and convert leads.
