Roles and Responsibilities:
Channel Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive channel sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize channel effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, ensuring alignment with their strategies and goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive program success and resolve any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with stakeholders to assess progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Program Development:
- Design and launch market-needed programs in collaboration with OEMs and other key partners.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends, incorporating findings into program development.
- Ensure programs are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Train and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales tactics and strategies continuously.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and explore new market opportunities for solar financing solutions.
- Lead initiatives to expand the company's market presence and increase market share.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Implement tools and processes to measure and enhance channel sales efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on program outcomes and future plans.
