- Maintain and enhance existing customer business by providing insights into customer's business requirements and their future strategy to Sales Management Team
- Conduct proper market research to identify new customers and their needs in comparison to competitors.
- Able to analyse critically & logically market-wise with strategic approach.
- Responsible to prepare Go to Market Strategy region & key accounts specific
- Should be able to prepare 'A Strategic Marketing Road Map Plan' for short term- medium- & long-term growth
- Able to plan, craft & execute Growth Marketing Strategy
- Should be a Strategic thinker & have a Growth mindset.
- Identify potential partners such as Agents, Distributors in the designated geography
- Arrange business meeting with existing customers and prospective clients
- Promote the company's products addressing or predicting client's objectives
- Prepare customer based annual / quarterly contracts based on volume of customer's requirements
- Provide realistic forecast by customer, by geography and by product in line with Company's objectives
- Keep records of sales volumes by customer, by geography including the receivable status
- Provide Sales related reports and feedbacks timely as per company's requirements
- Provide market and customer feedbacks and after-sales support
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new customers
- Develop entry level sales staff into valuable sales personnel
- Keep abreast with the market trends generally and PVC industry in particular with regards to developments, technology, regulations in the designated geography
- Design and implement short-, medium- and long-term Sales & Marketing
- Plan and implement Sales and Marketing Plan for promoting Company's products in accordance with strategies of the organization.
- Accountable for annual top line volume and value sales target. Accountable for achieving desired bottom
- Provide Leadership in sales budgeting exercise and accountable to plan sales budget for 3-5 years.
- Accordingly develop plan for new products and resource
- Establish professional network with key personnel in assigned customer
- Accountable to lead, negotiate and close agreements with agents & large
- Analyse sales data, monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest continuous
- Accountable for collecting payments and monthly monitoring of collection
- Accountable for market survey for new product development. Should have ability to develop new product
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients
- Tracking / monitoring of sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Conducting market survey, gathering information on new prospective customers, analyzing competitor activities and timely submission of market intelligence and Business Reports to the Sr.
- Close co-ordination with Production, Supply Chain, R & D and Purchase for better value offering.
- MBA in Marketing from a reputed Institute is a must.
- Minimum 10-12 years of Exp. in selling Polymer (PVC) Additives. Should have handled Corporate Accounts PAN India as a Strategic Key Account Approach
- Opportunity to be working with the key clients across the country and work closely with the CXOs
