It's techno commercial role where we need people who are already having a association with Bajaj. People who aimed to see themselves as a BU Head in next 5 years; could be a good fit for this role.
- Candidate must be B.E/B.tech and MBA with 18+ years of experience and at least 3 years into Sr. Leadership into Sales & Marketing.
- Currently managing at least 400 cr. + business from Bajaj alone.
- Must be having great PR in Bajaj's SCM/QA/R&D.
- The incumbent shall be responsible for handling the Techno-Commercial activities with Customers.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Lead market focused strategic approach to winning business profitably
- Responsible for all customer communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on customer deliverables and revenue
- Lead role in executing lead generation initiatives
- Business Development
- Negotiate successful win- win deals internally and externally
- Develop / maintain customer relations at working & decision making level with existing and new customers
- Encourage others to express contrary viewpoints
- RFQ handling
- Internal co- ordination with the cross functional team to make them aware on the new RFQ & customer requirements
- Timely RFQ feedback to customer if any
- Quote preparation & global approval for quote submission
- Commercial negotiation with customer
- Timely PO/LOI acceptance feedback to customer after considering the quote assumptions and legalities, if any
- Account Receivables
- Responsible for timely receivables from customer and ensure total outstanding is well within the company target
