Role: Account Management Sales

Location: Chennai (People local to Chennai or currently based out of Chennai would be preferred)

Education: B.Tech with MBA from Tier-1 B School

Experience: 4 - 9 years (Telecom Background Preferred)

Brief about the role:

- The selected person will be managing the existing India account. The selected person will be responsible for managing the accounts in all the three centers and he or she will be responsible for the qualitative as well as quantitative growth of the engagement and overall client satisfaction. The base location will be Chennai, but the account manager will required to travel to Hyderabad and Bangalore once in a week or so.

The responsibilities would include:

- Cover all the portfolios in our existing clients, build relationship with decision makers to open new opportunities

- Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans

- Escalate customer issues, process anomalies and pain points in a timely manner to seniors.

- Report sales data, competition information and market data as per requirements.

- Work in responding to RFXs, conducting demos for the customers and other pre-sales initiatives.
