Key Account Manager - Sales - eCommerce
Responsibilities:
- Bringing in domain expertise in sales & marketing and experience of working, lead the Company's sales, marketing and customer approach in E-commerce accounts.
- Developing and implementing the short, medium and long term E Commerce Channel Sales & Marketing strategy in consultation with Special Channel head and business units, product portfolio management with P&L responsibility
- Development of Direct Fulfillment model for E Shop & EPP portal and manage operations.
- Procurement and Delivery; Ensures production planning & procurement as per the schedule for timely delivery to customers, Secondary product packing for Brand & EPP store to be delivered to the customer/consumer in time.
- Inventory Management; Manages metrics related to inventory, purchasing forecasts and transportation, monitors stocks in warehouse & process standardization to ensure smooth functioning of packaging & order delivery.
- Grievance Handling; Resolves product returns & late delivery related grievances.
- Team Development; Provides leadership and vision for the team to deliver results.
