Education: BE textile / MBA in Fashion Management
Experience: 7 -10 years of relevant experience
Summary:
- To deliver budgeted top line and bottom line for the Concessionaires Department (Key Accounts).
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Drive sales targets against the budgets (brand wise and store wise)
- Achieve sell through for SOR and O/R merchandise
- Plan and execute the promotions to drive sales
- Validate OTB
Brand representation:
- Ensure that the brand launch takes place as per the defined SOP (in both existing and new stores)
- Ensure that new brands are rolled out as per the SOP
- Ensure that the brand is represented appropriately by driving the team to implement branding and staffing norms on the floor
- Implement planogram and take corrective actions in case of deviations
- Manage brand relationships for delivering budgeted KPI- s
Stock Management:
- Interact closely with brands to ensure availability of stock and no loss of opportunity
- Plan and validate the financial year stock in alignment with the brands
- Ensure season stock roll out is in line with the other LFR's and the brand EBO- s
- Ensure RTVs, fresh season mix, full option hygiene and stock ageing are as per the SOP and the SLAs
- Resolve issues pertaining to inventory and the warehouse
- Forecast brand wise and store wise stock at DCS level
People Management:
- Set expectations and give regular feedback to team
- Provide adequate support and motivate the team to deliver on the job
- Guide, coach, train and develop the team
- Manage and motivate the team to ensure high engagement levels
