Job Responsibilities:
- Foster relationship with corporate & individual clients for the company
- Achieving monthly business targets & other KPIs targets by nurturing and developing new users
- Educate and inform key accounts about the company's products, services and special offers
- Attend to key accounts complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Liaison with internal departments to ensure company meets key accounts' expectations
- Acting as the main point of contact between key accounts and internal teams
- Gather information and requirements from key accounts and pass on the required information for improvement of product and services
Required Skills:
- Interest in sports
- 3+ experience as a Key Account Manager or Relationship Manager
- Hands on MS Office
- Detail oriented with proven ability to solve unstructured problems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Highly reliable team player with an excellent work ethic
