Key Responsibilities:
Client Management & Growth:
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned key accounts, including their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
Implement and deliver tailored service and commercial strategies to maximize client satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.
Proactively identify new service opportunities within existing accounts, fostering deeper client relationships and exceeding expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point for clients and consultants.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure account expansion and ongoing service delivery.
Strategic Partnership & Sales:
Possess a strong commercial acumen and understand the margins and costs involved in recruitment services.
Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets, including Gross Margin goals for assigned accounts.
Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to secure new business opportunities.
Recruitment Expertise:
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to placement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, recruitment methodologies, and best practices.
Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, procedures, legislation, and market conditions to clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor/masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of experience in a client-facing role within the recruitment services industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving 100% target accomplishment in previous roles.
Strong understanding of commercial aspects, including profit margins and cost structures in recruitment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships
