KAM Promotion and Merchandising Operations
Key Account Manager will require management of multiple, large field operations, primarily in the space of Merchandising and related execution, for a set of businesses, ensuring absolutely commitment to great quality, that company is know for.
Key Deliverables:
1. Manage, deliver and improve delivery of multiple client businesses, ensuring best in class execution at every step.
2. Ensure efficiency and compliance in all operations
3. Great people and team management that ensures growth of people and creation of future leaders in the company
4. Management of data and review, resulting in insights that help both the client and company in building and evolving their businesses
5. Future thinking and business building by (1) increasing share of wallet with existing customer and (2) acquiring new customers.
6. Conceptualizing business goals with existing customers and new customers
7. Creating an industry first platform for new customer and create demand
8. Ensure delivery of key KPI and see at customer satisfaction index above year-on-year avg as per contract.
9. Commercial - Account reconciliation, Manage Receivables
10. Owner of Account - Revenue Target sell-in, sell out, Key building blocks for the plan
Professional and Personal Attributes: The position requires a seasoned manager who has worked in roles ranging from front line sales, ideally in FMCG, to a profit centre role at a regional or national level. Candidates with exposure to trade marketing and activation will be preferred. Minimum of 12 years of experience is required.
