Key Account Manager - Projects Sales - Building Material Industry

Job Description:

- Proven experience in project sales.

- Expand Business in allotted area through Architects, Builders, Fabricators, Consultants, Contractors etc. .

- Relationship management with architects builders and Fabricators.

- Identifying new business opportunities and projects and converting them into clients.

- Liasioning with the customer on various issues related to the concerned projects/ assignments.

- Carrying out Post order Management Activities.

- Costing of tender

- Payment Collections as Per Terms agreed with Customer

- Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid sales

- Achieve Sales targets

- 1+ Yrs work experience required in any sales or marketing role.
