We are looking Key Account Manager Private Wealth for a leading Broking Co at Kolkata
Job Summary :
1. Acquisition of HNI/UHI Wealth Partners - Referral Partners (large CAs, MDRTs, Real Estate Brokers), IFAs, Institutions, Family Offices.
2. Achieve the Revenue Targets
3. Grow the Assets under Advice
Key Responsibilities :
1. To Onboard, develop and manage relationship with Large IFAs, CAs, MDRTs agents, Real Estate brokers and other Referral Partners who manage or can refer HNI/UHNI clients to the private wealth platform.
2. To meet the revenue and AUM targets by maintaining a healthy mix of Referral partners, IFAs and small/large institutions as Wealth Partners.
3. To work closely with the Private Wealth team in acquiring/servicing Referral Partners who can refer HNI clients to be managed by the Private Wealth Advisors.
4. To work closely with the IFAs/Institutions and ensure end to end fulfillment of the transactions.
5. To maintain a healthy product mix between third party and in house products to maximize the revenue.
6. To ensure that all wealth Partners are trained on the wealth partner/client platform and all the focus products through training sessions.
7. Understanding of online B2B platforms is an added advantage.
8. To drive the R&R program every month with all the mapped wealth partners maintaining high levels of engagement and wallet share.
9. To ensure proper service and query resolution to the partners and their clients through the service team.
10. To maintain highest level of compliance and process adherence.
