Description
- Program management of Platinum Accounts in order to meet Account expansion goals; working in conjunction with the entire account team (customer success, project management, and delivery, support, solutioning) or directly
- Plan and orchestrate strategies for Account growth; Nurture existing customers with customer success managers to improve CSAT and increase revenue per customer
- Voice of Prospect - update product leaders on key gaps against client asks and influencing roadmap planning
Profile
- 8-10 years of farming experience in the Indian market
- Handled larger portfolios of 4-5 million ARR
- Experience in building relationships with the C-Suite in BFSI domain
