Looking for an Account Manager - Online Sales through ecommerce platform - for PC/ Desktop Sales / IT products
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet over all objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio with adding key account, Goal-oriented, organized team player.
