Key Responsibilities:
OEM Relationship Management:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with assigned OEM partners, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the OEM relationship, managing inquiries, and addressing concerns.
- Proactively identify and present innovative motor insurance solutions aligned with the specific needs of each OEM partner.
- Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing, underwriting) to ensure seamless business operations and efficient service delivery.
Sales & Portfolio Management:
- Own and achieve overall sales targets for assigned OEM accounts, contributing to the company's overall growth objectives.
- Formulate and implement strategic account plans to maximize sales opportunities and optimize portfolio performance.
- In collaboration with the line manager, regularly review and adjust account strategies to maintain a balanced and profitable portfolio.
Customer Focus & Problem-Solving:
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues, identifying the most appropriate owner within the business unit.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a smooth flow of information and data exchange.
Market Awareness & Continuous Learning:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in the automotive industry, including digitization, sustainability, and technological advancements.
- Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with the evolving insurance landscape and relevant industry solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably within the automotive or insurance industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the OEM business model and the motor insurance landscape.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Passion for digitization, sustainability, and technology, with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation
