Job Title Key Account Manager Reports To Marketing Head Primary
Location HO, Mumbai
Job Purpose:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts/ channels, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities with them.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Sales and Business Development Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the different sales channels (Kiosks, Controlled Distribution Points, Wholesale distribution and others) Responsible for channel wise revenue target achievement, sales growth and profitability (EBITDA) Playing an integral role in new business pitches (When required)
- Responsible for the effective on-boarding of new channel partners Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant departments
2) People Management Facilitating the sales team to increase business for each channel along with all back-end support.
Education & Experience: Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 7 years of experience in key account management preferably in Nutrition/ wellness industry
Required Skills:
Sales Management, Planning and Operational Skills
Negotiation Skills
Team Management is must Ability to work in a start up like environment, maintain flexibility and meet deadlines
Business-centric focus on understanding and translating the needs to match internal business goals and objectives.
