Job Designation : Key Account Manager - Modern Trade
Number of Position(s) : 01
Qualification : MBA (Marketing) (Note: Candidates from Tier-2 colleges/institutes)
Experience : 3-5 Years
Job Responsibilities :
- Taking Care of sales as well as Processes to implement execution parameters
- Closing offers and PO's with central and regional buyers for the month and quarter.
- Work closely with category team in order to increase the penetration and growth of category in the account
- Making and keeping the high value relationship with the buyers in order to get the mileage in the business
- Planning and Achieving Primary & Secondary Sales target with focus on successful launches of new products in Modern Trade Chain Level BTL Planning, Designing Promotion and ensuring best utilization of allotted budget.
- Data sharing and analyzing growth of Key chains/outlet by Periodic Review with the Key Accounts Outlets
- Directing regular MIS on competitor activities viz., new launches, pricing, promotions, and tracking of Sales volume & report the same to the company
- Allocation and Implementation of Company's merchandising Planogram standers.
- Ensuring implementation of System and Process
Skills/Expertise :
- Good communications skills
- Having experience in modern trade
