Job Purpose :
- Keeping a track on the primary and secondary sales targets.
- Formulating monthly schemes as per requirement, reviewing the Sales plan on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Keep strong fill rate management from all levels-Depot to Distributor to store.
- Training, developing and motivating the team
- Maintaining up to date records of all the reports.
- Working with all Retail chains in west for Business plan like Visibility closer, offer Negotiations, Value for business as per Inputs given by company.
- Inventory management of depots at western part of the country.
- Coordinating with logistics and depot for proper flow and distribution of stock.
- Monitoring market and competition trends.
- Ensuring adherence to the system and maintaining hygiene.
- Handling Team of promoters and merchandisers across west.
