I. Lead the sales activities & formulate channel strategies for the Modern Trade business.
II. Initiate & maintain long-term customer relations.
III. Analysis of account profiles & potentials as well as negotiations of annual contracts per account.
IV. Sales forecasting to ensure optimized product availability.
V. Identify potential business opportunities with customers to promote assigned product category.
VI. Work closely with internal & external parties to deliver agreed business goals.
VII. Responsible for planning & control all trade spending, advertising & promotion fund in terms of Modern Trade for the assigned geography.
VIII. Ensure sales programs are executed flawlessly & evaluate effectiveness of sales programs with customers.
IX. Continuous analysis of the market trends & competitor activities & provide suggestions for improvements as well as appropriate response to changing sales conditions.
