Position : Key Account Manager - MT
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 5-10 Years
Responsibility :
1. Deliver on the Quarter and Annual Plans for the accounts basis the Joint Business Plan.
2. Responsible for Market Share and Category Growths Delivery in the accounts
3. Managing and developing healthy relationship with customer chains
4. Responsible for planning & executing Joint Marketing Plans (JMPs), monthly promotion plans, collaborating on customer properties and realization of all new launch/re-launch objectives
Assessing customer performance as regards industry category growths, sub-category/segment contributions, loyalty club base etc. to identify gaps & opportunities and plan for the same
6. Competition Tracking with regards to Pricing, BTL Activities, New launch/Re-launch etc
7. Responsible for providing relevant support to the front end sales team as well as ensuring compliance at stores
8. One point contact for the accounts for everything related to sales, supply chain, margins/ trade terms negotiation, new launches, planning & executing category initiatives, commercials, contact strategy etc.
