One of leading Snacking Company is looking for a Key Accounts Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our most important clients.

Our ideal candidate is able to identify customer needs and passionate about exceeding client expectations.

Education Qualification: Masters/ PG from.

Experience: 4-5 Years.

Location: Mumbai.

The Role:

- Build effectiveness and efficiency within the organization through data analysis and presenting key insights to the business teams while leveraging great relationships with the Key Accounts for the organization.

- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with key clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.

- Collaborate with functional leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change Build dashboards to track the key metrics that can be shared with functional / org leadership.

- Research, maintain and source new potential clients across the industry.

- Work on multiple categories and functions within the organization to define key performance and operational metrics to monitor the health of the function /categories.

- Define and test multiple hypotheses by leveraging Data analytics and Statistical modelling to understand key issues / areas of improvement within a function / category.

- 4 - 5 years of Key Account Management experience in managing & driving off-line national/regional Modern Trade chain business.

- MT key account management experience in FMCG preferably from food and beverages category Snacks, Biscuits, Confectionery, Ready to drink beverages etc.

- Well versed with Modern Trade operations in terms of supply chain, listing mapping formats, offer formats & communication, payments & account reconciliation, joint business planning, etc.

- Coordinate and work closely with the field sales team to drive/execute various modern trade activations and plans.


- Gather and analyze data from Modern Trade and make data-based decisions/activation plans.

- Build and strengthen relationships with all relevant internal and external stockholders to drive business objective.
