I have an urgent job opening for the position of Key Account Manager for West Region based at Mumbai in MNC comsumer electronic company.

Exp required : 3-6 years

Reporting to - Head Modern Trade

Key Competencies/ Proficiency

- Experience in handling key accounts (“Future Group”,”Vijay Sales”,”Shoppers Stop”,”Tesco”,”Next” etc.)

- Excellent business acumen, interpersonal skills, and leadership ability/potential to be groomed into a functional and/or business leader over time

- Proven capacity to be effective in a complex global and diverse sectors and business environment

- Great interpersonal skills and ability to manage a broad and geographically dispersed business and teams

- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Qualification - MBA in Sales and Marketing

Experience - 3-5 years of post MBA experience in Sales & Marketing with exposure to Modern Trade

Age(yrs) & Gender Pref.( M/F/Any)

Age < 32 years, Any Gender

Job Purpose

- Strategic tie-ups with the present & upcoming retail chains

- Preparation of Account Plan; Seek approval for the same and ensure its implementation throughout the organization

- Sales Budgeting/Achievement for key accounts

- Maximizing sales from the present key accounts and conduct regular review meetings

- Promotion plan in co-ordination with the retail chains

- Collection - Ensure collections from key accounts as per agreement
