Designation: Key Account Manager - Modern Trade
Experience Required: 3+ Years in Modern Trade
Salary: Upto 11 Lacs CTC (Fixed + Variable)
Location - Gurgaon
Job Description for Key Accounts Manager - Modern Trade:
- Responsible for New business pitches and effective on-boarding of new Retail Chains
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel
- Focus on business growth through developing existing clients
- Generate new business
- Act as the key interface between the customers and all relevant divisions within the company
- Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business
- Establish and build effective and productive relationship within the Corporate / Clients
- Support the Project Manager and Head of team /department as required
Strengths desired:-
- Managed, highly self-motivated, commercially pragmatic with strong influencing and negotiating skills.
- Sound knowledge of electronic payments from an issuing / acquiring/ payment network perspective required.
- Strong impact and influencing, negotiation skills (complex negotiations), highly numerate, & commercially focused - with an understanding of pricing, deal structures, accounting, impact of deals on P&L
- Candidates with work experience across multiple markets within payments / Telecom domain preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of complex business (legal) agreements
- Good understanding of the retail business
- Analytical skills and should be good with numbers
Desired Working knowledge / Experience
- Candidate should have a total experience of 4 - 10+ years of experience in relevant field and minimum 2-4 years in relevant industry.
- Candidate with his own database/contacts in the relevant industry will have preference.
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
