As a Modern Trade Manager/ Key Account Manager-MT, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Modern Trade sales strategy and growth plans aligned with the overall business strategy.
What you will do :
- Driving profitability, focusing on achieving revenue and market share parameters
- Aligning and executing trade marketing and promotions with the Modern Trade sales strategy
- Leading initiatives for portfolio growth, assortment planning, launch planning, and execution
- Developing and executing Joint Business Plans with key accounts
- Implementing effective category management strategies and promotion planning
- Driving operational efficiency for Modern Trade channels
- Monitoring performance metrics and taking corrective actions as needed
- Achieving consistent growth by managing internal and external stakeholders
- Working within allocated promotional cost and ensuring effective spending to drive sales and brand building
- Leading planning and negotiation for in-store activations, merchandising, and sell-out plans with key accounts
- Providing trade information, competitor activities, and market intelligence to the company
- Managing accounts receivables and being responsible for debt collection
- Resolving all long outstanding debts
- Resolving customer trade issues, complaints, and operational matters
- Managing a large workforce across the Modern Trade channel
- Managing and reviewing outstation outlets through frequent market visits and liaising with local Sales Management
- Working closely with senior management to achieve the company's objectives and vision
What you need to have :
- 5-7 years of experience in Beauty Wellness/FMCG/Personal Care/Mother & Baby Care
- Comfort working with Female Hygiene & Personal Care products
- Experience in team management
- Immediate joiner would be preferable
