Job Description :
- Growing and developing existing clients through account specific growth strategies
- Building strategic relationships with major customers & delivering high value to customers with an objective to have loyal and long lasting customers.
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches to the C-Suite/Senior Executives & Group Purchasing Organisations
- Being a central, pivotal point of contact for the Key Accounts
- Driving alignment within the whole organisation to implement a customer based mode of operation for delivering highest quality of services
- Champion and Own the Account on following aspects - Strategy, Business Model, Order to Cash Cycle, Product Usage, Product Challenges - Customer Expectations vs Product Capabilities, Customer Value creation and Total Solutions Approach
- This is not a hard sales position - Key Accounts Manager is expected to create value and position company's portfolio along that value only
- Communicating Account strategy via Business Plan to align Senior leadership within company and mobilize resources as needed

Industry: Medical Devices, Pharma Or any white goods industry where candidate has worked in B2B scenario and/or in a Key Accounts profile
