Position: Key Account Manager
Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
As part of Retail Sales team, this person will be single handedly responsible for end to end management of Key Accounts (from sales till account receivables).
- Develops and maintains a profitable business relationship with Key Accounts
- Customer/s Management
- Closing TOT within assigned spends for vertical business(TOT-Terms of Trade)
- Implementation of TOT
- Licensee business; Interface between licensee and key account
- Assortment planning and Category Management for key focus categories
- Plan and implement Retail Environments for his/her set of key accounts
- Achieving Sales target and Forecast Accuracy – business plan by account
- Responsible for account receivables
- Responsible for new product launches
- Ensures execution and implementation 4P activities at the account level in co ordination with TM, Marketing and DCP category teams
- Recommend account specific promotions/TM activities and co ordinate with TM ,Marketing & DCP
- Work in close coordination with DCP team
