Key Account Manager
Job Title: Senior Manager (L5) - KAM Sales EV (Fleet)
Purpose of the position / Position Summary:
The position will be responsible for driving the sales of electric vehicle range in assigned region to Retail / Institutional/ Government & fleet customer accounts In order to achieve business objectives in terms of volumes, market share and customer experience Within organizational policies and government/ statutory norms

Gender: Female
Experience: 2 - 10 years
Education: B.E/ B. Tech & MBA- Sales & Marketing
Skills: Automobile Industry, Product Knowledge, Knowledge of Key customers, and their businesses
Job Responsibility:
1. Contribution to planning
- Drive the sales volume daily to achieve the targeted volume and request assistance from Central team for high value deals
2. Key actions and decisions (Long term and Short term)
- Plan and implement Service Check up / Safety awareness / emission Check up campaigns at key campuses so as to give value added services to the institutional customers
- Place the orders received to the Sales & Operation planning team and track for timely Despatch
- Maintain good relationship with large Corporates, fleet customers and key Government staff in the region through regular interactions
- Visit the institutional/fleet/govt customers on a periodic basis for generating pipeline
- Send monthly e-mailers to all the administration/ HR heads of key corporates so as to ensure awareness about offers
- Coordinate with Service team for resolution of service related complaints of Key B2B clients / operational team of leasing companies
- Plan campaigns and monitor effectiveness in accordance with the VME and FME budget allocation
- Execute the corporate campaigns planned centrally to maximize the penetration in identified corporate sectors
- Provide feedback to the central team in terms of effectiveness of the budget spend
- Tie up with external agencies for intranet communications in key corporate so as to get an opportunity for reaching their client base
