Key Account Manager - Females
Responsibilities:
Building relationships: Establishing trust and consultative partnerships with both new and existing customers.
Selling effectively: Providing cost-effective solutions through the company's products and closing deals with new and existing accounts.
Retention strategies: Developing and implementing plans to retain existing clients who are regularly transacting with the team.
Revenue ownership: Directly taking accountability for generating revenue through direct sales.
Growth focus: Spearheading the company's direct growth through successful sales and relationship management.
Mix of leads: Opportunity to work with both established and fresh leads for variety and challenge.

Requirements:
Educational Background: Any graduate degree/ post graduate degree (Engineering Graduates or Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage)
Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience and proven track record in account management and business development.
Knowledge and certifications: Prior understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities would be an advantage.
Skill-set: Excellent client relationship management and rapport building skills, Strong communications and interpersonal skills, Process-orientation and business acumen
