Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key companies at the C-levels of Business & Analytics functions
- Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Affine services.
- Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud technology, Data & Analytics, AI/ML and engineering
- Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Devise and implement strategies to develop the defined accounts and generate new sales
- Promote and sell our products to identified accounts - this involves site visits, preparing written proposals, explaining, positioning and demonstrating products, phone and email contacts, as well as exhibit activities.
- Deliver exceptional client service, on a consistent basis.
- The right person will possess 8-10 years of experience in account management
- Direct field & Account Management experience in working with large Enterprise accounts in Manufacturing, CPG/Retail or Tech segment.
- Would have consistently exceeded key performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- Strong technical competencies in the areas of cloud computing, SOA, web services, data analytics, AIML and enterprise software.
