Deliverables
- Chase Order Book – Sales Targets. Each Order size average is 25 L to 5 Crs
- Build relationships with existing clients & Acquire New Customers (Pre Identified)
- Conceptualize and Construct end to end L&D Solutions based on client business challenges faced in the market
- Create organized PPTs and proposals. Sound knowledge of MS Powerpoint is essential
- Deliver pitch presentations, Solution presentations to Functional Heads/ Senior mngmnt (Client)
- Implement Customer Engagement Plan, Social engagements
- Follow sales reporting formats and do self analysis of performance
Major Challenges :
- Ability to effectively handle key contacts ( Function heads/ CEOs) of reputed corporate clients across industry verticals such as BFSI , FMCG, Office automation, PSUs etc
- Conduct a meaningful conversation with senior management of client and build rapport
- Ability to do farming in a client account and network yourself correctly with multiple touch points
- Ability to do follow ups and keep positioning oneself in front of same client to take out business requirement
- Propose learning solutions to client’s business and build value proposition
Accountability
Prime: Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the Management
Shared: Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis
