Job Profile:
- Total responsibility and accountability of institutional sales in assigned territory
- Mapping of assigned geography & market
- Funnel creation and enrichment
- Working with indirect channels
- Collaborate and co-strategise with other institutional business Colleagues for hospital groups
- Prepare KAM Blue Sheets - Identify key stakeholders, decision makers coach, adversaries in each major account and map them with their relative influence on the deal and identify strategies to capitalize opportunities and mitigate risks
- Work with internal stakeholders to meet client needs
Key Functional Requirements:
- Should have catered to hospitals
- Experience in handling multiple strategic key hospital accounts in desired territory
- Ready access to hospital CXOs
- 8-12 years relevant industry experience - min 2-3 years or KAM or Team leadership preferably, technically qualified
