Job Description:

- To grow the business in India as per strategy and manage existing business.

About the job (Job Responsibilities):

- Deliver budgeted sales

- Identifying new growth opportunities with a focus on Household segment

- Building the short- and medium-term opportunity pipeline

- Strengthening relationship with direct customers

- Distributor Management - evaluating effectiveness and identifying potential new distributors if necessary

- Accurate forecasting of demand

- New Business Development

- Manage existing sales

- Key Account Management

- Distributor Management

- Maintaining forecasts and CRM

We believe you bring (Education & Experience):

- 5 years in sales of Ingredients to Household Care / I&I Industry in India essential.

- Graduate in Chemical Technology / Chemistry

- Business qualification desirable
