Our client, a huge food products conglomerate, is leading the food processing business through its range of products and innovative flavours and fillings. They are the market leaders in North India. They are present across the globe and offer the best and premium products in 80 countries.

As the Key Account Manager (HORECA), you will be responsible will be responsible for managing and developing institutional key accounts in HORECA for launching the new concept of live bakery and to take complete ownership for the sales volumes, profitability and growth in that segment.

What you will do:

- Understanding customer's business requirements and presenting the new concept and creating valuable partnerships

- Preparing business plan and formulation of sales strategies, promotion planning and execution with effective trade spent management

- Developing and maximizing sales at existing customers in HORECA

- Identifying and analyzing potential needs and demands whilst working towards new clients in the HORECA channel

- Identifying target players in the industry/market

- Creating a brand image and promoting and launching the new concept

- Planning and implementing product demos, local campaigns and sales promotions to potential customers to build on the new concept

- Providing key account customer focus, building genuine partnerships and sharing multidisciplinary connect that jointly generates unique solutions

- Presenting the new concept to to customers with solutions tied to their business results using a consultative selling methodology and economic modeling

- Working with the team and providing consultation to the customers on live bakery layout and design, menu design, including the fresh baking and serving of gourmet breads

- Preparing annual plans for sales volumes, margins and pricing

- Planning and strategizing to ensure healthy pipeline and profits

Candidate Profile :

- Demonstrable experience of 4-8 years in solution sales/consultative sales with large hotels/restaurants

- Female Candidates with good network and exposure in Horeca Sales preferred

- Male candidates with good HORECA background ok to apply

- Strong business orientation and commitment to goals

- Ability to understand the customers needs and develop appropriate solutions

- Excellent communication skills

- Flexible for moderate travel
