JD:
- To understand customer business and requirements and create offerings to service them and create valuable partnerships.
- Identifying target players in the industry/market.
- Build understanding of customers- business such that you provide a bundled solution with your products and services according to their business need.
- Provide key account customer focus, building genuine partnerships and sharing multidisciplinary connect that jointly generates unique solutions.
- Innovate offerings and build new products to sell to more customers.
- Apply focused approach to maximize business from existing customers and gain new customers.
- Create and maintain customer insights, build project pipeline to ensure service to all existing customers and new customers.
