Role Purpose :
- Under guidance, provides client relationship to a client or clients through relationships with managers in the client organization. Grows revenue by leveraging the Digital Health offerings and identifying new business opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities :
The Key Account Manager is expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways. Principal accountabilities :
- Develops the skills and knowledge to understand the key priorities of the client to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goal in assigned account(s) or sales territory.
- Develops relationships with clients to act as advisor for solutions like Digital Health Consulting, Hospital Information System (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Health Management Information System (HMIS), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Patient Level Costing etc.
- Anticipates clients- needs and, in collaboration with consulting and client service, develops and presents proposed solutions to client's complex business issues.
- Identifies relevant opportunities in the market for Digital Health opportunities from identified accounts. Anchor proposals / pitch presentations for active pursuits in the identified accounts for targeting Digital Health opportunities. The person would be responsible to own the proposals and manage client relationships.
- Monitors client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with sales management team and Client Service's management to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility criteria and requirements :
- Graduation (Preferably B.E / B.Tech)
- Post-Graduation / MBA (preferable but not mandatory for candidates with strong experience)
- Should have relevant experience of at least 8 years
- Prior pre-sales / Sales / advisory experience in healthcare in India / South Asia is a must
- Must Have : Experience in a number-target driven Sales experience in Private Sector (preferably Healthcare) in India
- Candidates with strong Sales / Business development experience in any of the reputed Consulting Organizations / Healthcare Practice of System Integrators / Big4s preferred.
- Prior experience of proposal development and managing projects for government clients and donor agencies
- Excellent project management skills with effective communication and team-management skills
- Project management and Problem-solving capabilities
- Report writing and PowerPoint development skills
- Willingness to travel (>50%) and adaptability to change
