Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the healthcare sector.

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.

- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure client satisfaction.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to key clients.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Provide regular reports on account performance and sales activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 10+ years of experience in key account management within the healthcare industry.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Strong understanding of the healthcare market and industry trends.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to develop and implement strategic account plans.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
