Executive Hiring is looking for a Key Account Manager at Mumbai with an MNC FMCG.
A FEMALE Candidate with a Post Graduate in Business Management from IIM, XLRI, MDI, S P JAIN, FMS etc. with around 4+ years of total experience in FMCG. Minimum 1+ year of Key Account Management at pan India level preferred.
Core Responsibilities :
- To evolve & achieve Strategic Annual Operating Business Plans for the defined Modern Trade accounts.
- Joint Business Planning with customer HQ teams to align on agenda and growth plans for the year
- Ensure compliance and adherence to existing Terms Of Trade (TOT). Negotiate new TOTs where relevant with customers.
- Manage range, assortment, visibility and category planograms with key customers and ensure effective execution
- Partner with customers on category management projects on key categories
- Work with shopper marketing to turn around effective in-store shopper solutions, activation's and category captaincy.
- Work with Supply Chain team in driving forecast accuracy leading to increased fill rates
- Engage with finance teams to ensure hygiene on commercials and periodic reconciliation with customers
- Leverage trade marketing inputs effectively to grow and gain shares in key categories
- Support channel leader in effectively anchoring top to top meetings
