We need to hire for the following 2 positions :

KAM GT (Location - Gurgaon)

- Managing the Pan India GT business with a team of ASMs & KAAs.

- Responsible for appointment & management of channel partners.

- Delivering on monthly revenue targets.

- Inventory planning & Credit management.

- Designing KRAs for the front line sales team.

- Hiring & training of KAAs & Sales officers.

KAM MT (Location - Gurgaon)

- Managing the Pan India MT business for identified chains with a team of KAAs & Brand Promoters.

- Responsible for Business Plan & TOT closure with the respective chains.

- Delivering on monthly revenue targets.

- Inventory planning & Credit management.

- Designing KRAs for the front line sales team.

- Hiring & training of brand promoters.

CTC range will be 12-15 lacs for both the positions.

Desired Profile & Experience - Candidates from Tier 1 B Schools with 2-3 years of experience in GT & MT respectively.

Only with "Key Account Designation"
