- Your focus will be on expanding our reach, ensuring impeccable delivery standards, and cultivating robust partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue through platforms like Swiggy Instamart, Big Basket, Amazon.in, ONDC Network, and more.
- Expansion Initiatives: Lead the expansion of Floryo's product range across multiple cities and other promising online and offline channels.
- Supply Chain Efficiency: Ensure on-time, in-full delivery of stocks as per purchase orders.
- Financial Management: Oversee receivables and ensure adherence to financial norms with vendors.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the category teams of partner platforms/channels to plan sales and promotional activities.
- Budgeting & Planning: Allocate and manage marketing and promotional budgets effectively.
- Performance & Competition Analytics: Evaluate business performance across various dimensions, including channel sales, SKU contribution, and promotional effectiveness.
- Track and monitor the competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a dynamic FMCG environment.
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 college; MBA is a plus.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, adept at working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
- Self-motivated individual with a deep sense of responsibility and ownership.
