About Our Client:

Our Client is one of the largest FMCG company focused on the food retail sector. With their continued growth in India, currently they are looking for Sales personnel for their Food & Culinary business. For the same, they are looking to hire a Key Account Manager, based in Mumbai.

Job Description:

- To Develop and implement growth plan for the Indian market along with GM Sales & Culinary on the Key Accounts.

- To help implement promotional program and ad hoc activities in Key- Accounts.

- To coordinate with Marketing team to close on the Gaps.

- To identify new opportunities to achieve targeted numbers.

- To Develop End to End Strategies for the new acquired accounts.

- To scale up the New Opportunities and successfully transition them to a Key Account Category.

- To ensure customer satisfaction in the Existing Key Accounts.

- Responsible for Evaluating and Troubleshooting product issues and customer complaints.

- Developing & Build new business opportunity in the Existing Key Accounts.

- To monitor product inventory level and coordinate with Regional Managers to ensure proper availability at the Key Accounts.

- Coordinating with Marketing team to set up the database and customer portfolio through market survey and feedback from the Key Accounts.

- Measure market share, market perception in the Key Accounts

- Work with technical team to ensure demos are conducted at right time.

- To ensure delivery of numbers assigned on Existing Key Accounts and New Identified Accounts

- Work with Head – Sales in the development and implementation of short and long term Sales plans on the Key Accounts.

- Submitting timely reports and time to time Update on Ongoing Activities on the progress of Plans to the Head - Sales.

The Successful Applicant:

- Successful applicant will be a post graduate with 5 to 6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing to include: 2.5 years of Key Account Management.

- The applicant must also have Sales & Business Development experience in B2B industry, food companies will be an advantage Knowledge of the India marketing environment and trends, practices, traditions, philosophies, policies, competitiveness, key players and product knowledge.
