Job Description :
- Deliver on the Quarter and Annual Plans for the accounts basis the Joint Business Plan
- Responsible for Market Share and Category Growths Delivery in the accounts
- Managing and developing healthy relationship with customer chains
- Responsible for planning & executing Joint Marketing Plans (JMPs), monthly promotion plans, collaborating on customer properties and realization of all new launch/re-launch objectives.
- Assessing customer performance as regards industry category growths, sub-category/segment contributions, loyalty club base etc. to identify gaps & opportunities and plan for the same.
- Competition Tracking with regards to Pricing, BTL Activities, New launch/Re-launch etc.
- Responsible for providing relevant support to the front end sales team as well as ensuring compliance at stores
