Job Title : Key Account Manager
Location : Lagos, Nigeria
Job Purpose :
- Achieve category leadership in the channel by ensuring proper Distribution i.e., on shelf availability, visibility, freshness of the product and price communication and by instilling a disciplined way of working in the KA sales team.
- Through a proper understanding of the channel, the customer organization (understanding the critical contact points), category management inside the store, achieve the set Brand objectives for 2015 by driving the customer, KA team and BA support team.
Principal Accountabilities :
- Define the outlet universe and channel coverage plan
- Review and streamline the pre-sales organization
- Review and streamline the delivery operations (achieve the order to delivery cycle in max 24 hours at a lowest possible cost). Measure and drive case fill efficiency.
- Defining the Merchandising/promotional plans for all Mega accounts
- Executing the Plan
- Drive disciplined way of working and lead by example
- Ensuring zero OOS on the shelves
- Credit management
- New product listing and distribution
- Training the team
- Reporting on Performance
- Controls and hygiene
- Analyzing Return on investment
